Guide to getting yours at BTBOB's Online Store

If something isn’t right with you order, speak up.

Seriously. Let me know what is going on. I want everyone to be happy with their order. And even though we do not offer refunds – we do do exchanges in certain situations. So speak up.

There is no reason why you should spend good money on something from my store and have it arrive in a condition less than what was expected or you had hoped for.

It is rare, but every once in a while we don’t ‘stick the landing’ as they say. After which, we self administer 40 lashes and drink fat free milk for a month. Blah. It sucks.

So, in an effort to make sure that is clear and help you figure out if you an exchange something your ordered – I’ve listed a few guaranteed exchange situations below.

Things that will get you a free return/exchange:

  1. Wrong Size. If something doesn’t fit – check the tag to make sure that the 2XL you ordered isn’t really an XL that you are trying on.
  2. Misprints. If you see bleed through of fabric from under the graphic, incomplete graphics, or wrong color graphics – let me know.
  3. Scorching & Burns. Sometimes, the garment itself gets damaged during the printing process. If you notice something that bothers you – let me know.  Chances are it is not supposed to be that way and we’ll correct it.

All you need to do is snap a pic so that we can confirm that we can review your request. Once reviewed and confirmed we’ll reorder and ship a new one to you free of charge!
